What is your opinion on having a "non-disclosure agreement" for a server. To my knowledge, LS-RP seems to employ a Non-Disclosure Agreement for their source code and it has never been leaked (to my knowledge) so far.

What is your opinion? Would it work or should there be other factors at play also to protect a gamemode?

I think gentlemen's agreement is a more appropriate term. In case of an actual NDA you need a lawyer to enforce it.

Maybe it's just because reputation worth? Server owners won't hire a leaker.
