How'd you restart the server, with GMX or did you actually stop the server, let it sit for a minute then bring it up again?

How long have you had the bots on there, and have you changed anything since it was working as intended?
Have you tried to connect to the IRC to ensure that it is up? I've just noticed my IRC client has lost connection for the past day.
