is there a map editor that can edit textures sraightly? like no more going in pawno to check if its right? please give me link

The best one is the map editor by MTA.
Try googling for that.

ya i know but MTA is kinda tricky for me, and i dont want an IN-GAME editor i want like the Map Construction.
