i have NVCNR i was working on it from a year i want to release it so should i release it or i need permissions ?

If it doesn't belong entirely to you, then yes, you need permissions.

Well if you scripted it and have the copyrights then you don't need a permission from any one if you don't own the script or have no copyrights then yes you need permission to get the copyrights to open the server with the NVCNR Script
