This is my first Realesed map! It is a LS Beach house! it has lots of detail and some great stuff for RP, or just a great space to Chill in Freeroam servers!
Credits: I did everything in MTA map editor, thanks to [SAP]Sidhu for compiling the .pwn file and for debuging and helping fix the pawn code, my computer naturaly hates me!

New Features:
Same house/bathroom/outside bar and other things as before, only now it is a gated community sort of thing! i left a large arch to the area open if you want to add a gate then that is fine with me! i encourage you to do that! i also added some... special... funny things... you will like it trust me! i will add more screens upon request! I also added trees and a nice little weed farm for all your stress problems! Please enjoy the new features... and look out for a possible Version 4 later this month! -- Sergi Kirov
