Nope. This is the official SA-MP forum and you will find all the released stuff here.

I had a look and unfortunately could not find it but i searched for similar SF CnR scripts. Search id below. take a look.

Don't use that site. If you want a gamemode script look in the GM section of this forum, its where their originally released and best place to look and see updates from the scripter.
