Others can connect to my server but it says "server is not responding" if I try. I've tried my internal IP, my external IP, localhost, and 127.0.0.1 with none working. How can I make it work?

You need port forwarding

It is port forwarded, others can connect. I port forwarded port 7777 on tcp and udp.
