Okay, I scripting RP mode ,

I saw in wiki.sa-mp.com The name of the publics, has been changed

I know I have to change my mode to 0.3 Version.
So my question is, what I need to change?
and the functions like: "SetPlayerHealth" Will change too?

You really don't have to change anything...in fact I don't think any of the public callbacks have been changed, simply new ones have been added. As for functions I don't think any of them have changed either, some have been removed and more have been added.

Some functions have been removed. The only function that has changed is ShowPlayerMarkers. It now has 3 modes.

And how to add bots to my server?

This is supposed to be in scripting dicussion. Though if you had look trought wiki there's an OnNCPConnect etc..

You can't add bots to your server in 0.2X, only in 0.3. Check wiki.

The function to make them talk is already released.
