For some reason I have motion blur and heat haze ENABLED on samp, this has never happened to me before. I swapped out my graphics cards today and then it happened, how to fix it? I've tried reinstalling samp but that didnt work.

Why just reinstall sa-mp when the problem would likely come from a mod installed in the game itself?

I completly understand what you mean, Go into your settings and turn your graphics to low if that dosen't fix it re-install SAMP, It fixed the issue for me should for you also.

The problem was gta_sa.set, if anyone has this kind of a problem also, then just delete that file and SAMP will generate a new one.
