If you're new to mapping I'd recommend using MTA.

"Newbie"? its better than map construction,most people use it and it has a better rating over Map Construction..

Depends on what you're working on.If you working of some kind of freeroam or stunt servers I'd suggest some map editors even if you are new to it.If not, use MTA.

That is the reply people with less knowledge of Pawn language give. ^

JernelJ's map editor is created to fit the basic need of SA-MP and Pawn language and provides functions of Pawn language that MTA does not. On the other hand, MTA's Map Editor was basically created for MTA, but can be used on SA-MP too.

The fact that JernelJ's map editor is not recommended for newbies as it's requires a bit of pawn knowledge makes you angry. Well, I still prefer Map Construction over MTA.
