How do you remove the MiniMap and the Fist Icon and Health bar and the money bar off the login screen ?

Only way for the client to do so are go to options->disable hud.
If you mean while the login dialog, then you may use TogglePlayerSpectate(playerid, 1);
If you want it meanwhile they're spawned, then the only way to do so are set the drunk level repeatly 5000+

i mean on the login screen where they have to type in they're password

but i want the screen clear so you can just see the login box and then the background i dont want a box on the top or the bottom
