how to update samp server manually on open game panel
i copied the linux link and put it in the file url but what i put in the destantion file name

So upload the files in the host don't use the panel

In Open Game Panel server, click update then follow instructions, it will be updated!
Or you can add your own addon with the linux download link.

what i do to update it i update it and it told me uppdated and when is atrt the server told me 0.3.x

Download the linux in sa-mp.com/download.php then upload the samp037svr file using FTP. After starting it should be 0.3.7 now
