Server timeout sometimes with some connect cookie!

and server would still be live but when the player connect in, and it only displays connected to server and nothing happens.

any way to find out this problem?

I believe there's a timer or a loop causing the server to freeze and not respond, as this happened to me before and I fount out it was because of infinite loops.
