Okay, so basically I haven't played the game for like few months. Now I'm trying to update it but there's some kind of issue that tells me Rockstar's servers are unavailable to reach.
PC, servers are up from what I can see. I've tried to change DNS but the problem still resist.

maybe your window is doing some shit

Disable antivirus and Windows Firewall and give it a try again.
Also use ****** DNS: https://developers.******.com/speed/.../using#windows

Then it's your firewall acting up.
