How can I get the new vehicle id after it respawns?
I got 8 objects for each police vehicle, but I can't use if model== since it's a admiral, which can be owned by players.

Vehicles that respawn retain their ID. The ID is only lost if the vehicle is explicitly destroyed (DestroyVehicle).
