How to make myself as a admin?

something like /setlevel or /makeadmin

Be sure to login as rcon admin using /rcon login password

For example i script it in linux os. Then ill rcon it in w7 it is ok ?

Well, first of all, you need to learn basics of scripting.

If you are using a host, you need to find the command in your gm using pawn.exe on your 'PC' (not host)

Ok i cant see my user folder in scriptfiles i cant make myself as admin in there D:
