When I look a sign, a car, or something far object I get black crudely.
There is a screen : Look at the car which is glitched and the blue sign on the left, the writing are glitched too.

Ah very easy to fix. Delete your old gta sa install files, extract your gta sa install files in another folder, install gta sa in another folder, add a very low ENB and other cleo mods like stream memory, flickr.asi, sun.asi etc. and increase your anti aliasing and draw distance.

Instead of this just increase the draw distance it might work without the third-party files.
