I have windows server 2008 R2 Standard. How do i fix this out?

EDIT:

The plugin folder is in there and all plugins are in there!

hmm, any other errors pop up while runing the server.exe (like "ERROR this program can start beacause XX is missing from your computer)?

PS: i see whirlpool getting loaded

On first run there is an error called "MSVCP100.DLL is missing" , So i have donwloaded and put that .dll file on my server directory and then those plugins arent loading anymore except for whirpool. And no im not that dumb, All plugins are inside the plugins folder.

I already installed Microsoft Res 2010 and 2013 and also i installed .netframework 4.0

What else i need to install?

Just installed microsoft reds 2008, 2005, and 2012, still getting this problem

MySQL and whirpool is loaded. except for sscanf, streamer , crashdetect and nativechecker!

Just got nativchecker.dll worked.
