I play samp and if I alt tab for few times my PC freezes and I have to restart it, why? I have windows 10.

I play MTA too and it is working fine

I downgraded to windows 7, still same problem, whole computer stucks, sound stutters.
2GB video
6GB ram
1Tera memory

I'd check your temps, and beware of your machine having actual hardware issues.

Check you've got the right drivers though too. Manufacturer drivers aren't the same as the generic chipset drivers.

Motherboard drivers are vital to be EXACT.



Otherwise, how are you installing GTA SA? Because that could be the problem.

Not a good idea for compatibility settings. It's not fixing the issue, it's simply avoiding it.

I just bought the computers and the drivers came with it, I'm not sure where to find the exact drivers.
Also a strange thing, my video card id 2GB but in dxdiag it say 4024 Memory.

you probably need to reinstall your windows(clean install). it could be faulty and due that it freezes...

I doubt it's samps issue.

Really, I'd query what the machine is and whether it is setup correctly.


If it's not a brand-name PC and is a built-up machine, I'd think that the issue is actually from the installation.
