While Im playing in samp my game keeps randomly alt tabbing on its own. How can I stop this. Im running Windows 10 which i had before, I just started playing samp again after a year or two and now this.

It'll be an application on your end, tabbing you out... It's definitely not a bug.

Installing any Low End ENB, and turning it off through the "enbseries.ini" by replacing the following code:
The problem should be fixed, as far as I know GTA San Andreas uses DX 9 which Windows 10 doesn't fully support anymore. Hope this helps.

A program on your PC is probably gaining focus (e.g. an update, anti virus, w/e).
Is this happening at a certain time every minute or every hour?

try to close all programs even explorer.exe (dont close other system programs) thorugh taskmanager and try to launch game after this if this bug arises even doing this post here (i suggest you could use programs like game booster) mainly this type of problems arises when a hidden programs or any antiviruses run in background so closing them there will be a chance of progress

If using Windows mode Possible Your mouse might get out of windows and when you click its swap windows (maybe another program run in background)
If not Check Your Graphic Card Drivers Update it
if not anything changes better try remove Graphic Pack From your GTASA (like ENB Series if you have it)
if not work try Re-Install GTA SA
If not work try fix registry maybe it's might some of damages
If not work New windows required ... (Caz I'm Windows 10 and its not have any problem its working fine)
Have A try and Good luck
