Well the maximum is 16, even that's too much. I advise you to have just a few. If you have time and skills, you can put some into your gamemode.

The best way i think is to make your FS yourself.
So that you know exactly what you want and put more in one.
That way you can make one FS with like 5 functions.

Merge them all in your game mode, no other way except merging them, max 16 allowed.
