Why I get failed after loading mysql plugin...

More than likely you haven't got the runtimes required (Usually on a clean install system this will happen) or if you have updated the plugin recently, you should try reuploading it as it could be corrupt in the transfer, either from downloading it to your computer or uploading it to the server.
Should say what OS you are on, and whose plugin it is. Along with what you've done in the leadup to this.

.NET framework is required on the older versions.
Which version of the plugin did you use?

be sure you've putted libmysql.dll in your server folder too, if not download it from the below attached file then extract it on server folder.

errrr, no... Putting non-verified dlls in to folders that run servers, is a sure fire way of being compromised. If it's needed, it will be in the version of the plugin he needs.
