Hi, I'm a raw beginner and I want to create a RP gamemode.
If you can tell me some includes, filterscripts, plugins that I can use, it would be much appreciated.
Also, providing links would be ideal.

You can search as the poster stated above, but it's non-sense because if you search, you need to know what you're searching for.

So, basically, the most common plugins are;
-Streamer (https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=102865) - used for dynamic objects, pickups, text labels, 3d texts and so on.
-Whirlpool (https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=570945) - used for password hashing
-Sscanf (https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=570927) - used for variable stuff (dunno how to explain it better)

And the includes, you can simply download the most common includes, from here;

You first need to start learning the basics and then advance to higher level in skill for PAWN language, you can learn about scripting at the wiki which I'll leave a link below to. Start practicing PAWN regularly.
