Hello guys i have a problem when i try to run my server without the bind(myiphere) it runs correctly but when i add the bind thing it says can start server.port in use?

please help me out as i think without the bind my server wont be in the internet tab

port 7777 used by samp team! you need find opened port for your ip adress and use that opened port! But most of internet providers closed ports! Sorry for my bad english

i am using it on vps and all of my ports are open still i cant see my server in announce tab
could you please help me in this ?

samp team is turned off this internet tab! there are shoving only hosted servers
