Well, i downloaded a script where i will edit it then try it. The plugins seems updated and the includes but i still can't login so i tried downloading the latest plugins and includes but still, can't login. Here are some Screenshots:

If you're hosting it on your same pc (I can see you're using an internal ip atm), use 127.0.0.1 (loopback ip) and see if it works, if it doesn't and you don't mind, post your server's log here.

How do i put that as a loopback ip?

just add 127.0.0.1:7777 or 127.0.0.1ort number of the sa-mp server to your sa-mp browser.

Just to ask out of curiosity, can you see your server information in the SA-MP browser or does it just say retrieving.

On another note, make sure your server and client versions match.

The server and client version doesn't match.

In your picture in your original post, it says you're using SA-MP 0.3.7.

In the logs you just gave me:
