I need check strfind in text for %? i mean don't let in text use % or escaping safe from this? and just if i let player write text with % it's will be not bugged when need to show not crash server or something like this or i'am wrong?

Isn't it something like "s%" or "%s"

"%" is replaced for "#" for a reason. So no, it's not recomended in theory.
