There isn't an official second version, but there are many advanced variations of it such as San Andreas Roleplay, Next Generation Gaming, Horizon Roleplay(or something like it) and others.

Well, unfortunately many in the community would disagree with you.

GodFather was the base of so many modes.

You saying that godfather will take you nowhere, is obviously just your opinion. If you aren't a scripter, then how do you know that using it as a reference will take you nowhere?

Many scripters, were first shown the godfather script when they started.


Now as for GodFather doing nothing for you, well... NGG obviously cracked it.


So in short your opinion is just that, and if you aren't a scripter or a developer, then why are you on the forums, making out that a gamemode which many have used, isn't worth anything?


Have you got nothing else to do? I think you should find other things and forums to fill your time.

Thanks for the suggestion about what i should do and what not and yes! You said it yourself...it WAS the base.. And how many servers managed to actually run godfather successfully for more than a year? .. I just said move on and it offended you so much.. Lets face it, grow up i never said it wasnt worth anything did i?

And as stated, this is simply a resource as such for how it was done. It also proves good reading to get into scripting.

I first joined the SA-MP community and freak-like devotion to programming at around 2008, when this GameMode was the fucking hilltop of everything. I remember how everyone started to make their own spin-offs in a matter of months...
