New features that I noticed: (I will add more if you know them)
Plane and train bots traveling to every major airport and train station.
Ability to get drunk
Playerlist is now toggled
New chatbox
New chatbox scrolling graphics
Improved vehicle surfing
Single handed pistol (usually double)
You can click peoples names on the player list, and /pm id will appear in the text box.
New Feature: You can select your class with mouse (GUI System)
Car body damage is visible

Test 2: reached 425 players so I am told. I was at work

About bots as i understand you can make Bot walk, just record your self doing something and then bot will do same, thats how Kye did with these bots.
