i put map on the server,and spawn is 8073.4697,-7560.5156,15.3666,268.3206
i can't kill a player,
sometime i can kill only with weapon,
and if i teleport to 0.0,0.0,0.0, i can kill normally (with weapons and without weapons)..
Maybe in samp is limit?

As the above said, if you were too far away from San Andres, it'd be a problem for you to shoot or even cut anyone into pieces with an ugly chainsaw. So I'd suggest you to mvoe your map closer to San Andres, And you can do that via a lot of various tools that you can find here right in this forum.
