I totally agree with this.
Try to start scripting basic stuff, read tutorials do some re-search, No one is going to script a entire gamemode like your wish (unless you pay).
Scripting requires alot alot alot of time, and as we say Time = Money.

Forum rules have problems with it and you are writing in a forum. You can help here. Stop trying to find excuses.

@OP, no-one asks for money to help people out as long as you have a basic script to give us. No-one is willing to write systems from ground here mainly because it is time consuming it takes a lot of time to write the script not to even mention the testing phase. So, try to write a basic script on your own, check example gamemodes, check example systems, check wiki samp, do something. If you can't be arsed to show effort, I am afraid no one will be arsed to help you.

Yeah, I can help you as long as you provide at least basic script to me and yeah some gamemodes aren't newbie friendly, I suggest starting out with a base gamemode which hasn't got lots of functions scripted in or you can also try a basic script on your own. Your own scripts let you do amazing things as it is entirely based on your variables and whatnot.
