Samp won't launch when I click connect button, I've tried everything from ******, doesn't fucking work.

Is your normal GTA working?
Had this problem once when the resolution was set to high for my laptopscreen after I disconnected from my seperated screen....

If GTA is not launching, too, you could try deleting the user files (if you don't care for them)

Go to GTA San Andreas User Files,And delete gta_sa.set

Reinstall the GTA SA or your samp client.
