Try re-installing all of it, and maybe using fresh server files. I re-installed it after I had issues with it, and now nothing is wrong. It's working just fine.

PLEO.txd is located at the correct place but dont know why it isnt working...

If you wish to update it, please do theses.

1. Change the way textdraws load, so when we load some textdraw project we made, we can apply new textdraws that wont go behind the old ones. Basically if you create a textdraw & save the project, later when you load it, any new textdraw you make will go behind the old one.
Solution: Change the order of loading or saving, make it load the latest created ones first etc.

I have the exact same problem.

I checked multiple times and i have all the right files, the only thing is that i've downloaded the latest sscanf version before IpleoMax, and i'm assuming IpleoMax has a different sscanf version bundled with it and it isn't compatible with the newer one.

You should load the plugin that this filterscript provides to access Windows functions.
