You should use your imagination to come up with things like this.

Try stuff that no freeroam server hasnt seen to date, you'll be thinking in no time. From vehicles, customization, gameplay, user interface, etc..

Alright, The first thing that hits up is the server name.. I'am really sick of these old names like
Ultimate freeroam, Evolution stunts, Revolution stunts.. Extreme Freeroam.. I'am really tired of hearing these names again and again.. Try coming up with the a good name first..

Keep in mind that just because it's a Freeroam server, doesn't mean you have keep it in the name.
Freeroam is a type of gamemode. And Utopian? Now I'm curious, why do you think it should be called Utopian?
Because I bet that the name is not representative in any way.
