I have not found any good responses for if it is possible to add new objects into game/server that everyone can see for-example brand new building made in 3d software.

IF i could add new objects and no one could see that, is it possible to make a script that downloads the needed or missing objects from a specific place or url while the player enters the server/session?

While it is possible to use custom.img and custom.ide, it has never found a widespread use due to the fact that the files cannot be automatically downloaded.
