Port forwarded and...my server doesn't want to show in "internet list"
#1

Hello.

Sorry for my english, i'm learning it. I have big problem. I hosted a sa-mp server on my second PC runned only for web hosting and game servers. This PC is connected to linksys router.

I did port forwarding for this pc. Server is online for something 3 hours. When i add external ip and port into favourites i can see its online, i have disabled firewall.

BUT,
This server isn't in internet list. I don't know what to do. I remember that i was creating servers for sa-mp years ago and it was quick action - server was on internet list in 5 seconds.. Now i don't know what is wrong.
Announce is set to 1 in config, same as query.

Just check: 85.14.109.225:6666

See it's online, but it don't want to announce in internet. Can you help me?

btw. i called to my ISP and they sad that they don't block any ports for me. I forwarded 6666 and sa-mp needs only 1 port TCP and UDP, so what is wrong with it....

I got your problem like this you want to add server using external IP but don't want to announce it.
External IP problem:
When port forwarding check the internal IP / device the port is forwarded to. If multiple devices are connected router acts as DHCP and allots different internal IP addresses to device. This is the reason server was online 3H. After that you probably rebooted the router or changed device which causes the internal IP to change and you can't get a ping on that port. I suggest to reserve a Internal IP address to your PC's MAC and then use that IP during port forwarding.
Announce:
In server.cfg set announce to 0 to disable it from showing in internet list.

Note:
Ping the server IP on forwarded port and post the reason why it is not responding like timeout / refuse connection etc

It's not the point. I want to by my server in internet list so why i must change announce to 0. I have respond from this server, and i have static ip on my pc.

Please add this server to fav and check if it's online.

My server doesn't show up on the internet/hosted list!
Home hosted servers never show up there, if this is about friends, read above.
Also make sure 'announce' and 'query' are set to 1

Why SA-MP Why! I have home connection 100 Mbit/s download, and upload, but it's still home connection.

It changed to "monitored: yes", but server still isn't in internet list in sa-mp client... WTF...
