I've been attempting to learn how to create a SAMP server. I downloaded some server full of things, in the filterscripts folder there was 3 mapping files, but all the mappings are .AMX files, as far as I know I'm not able to edit them. What do I do, there's mapping that came with the server I wish to remove, but to keep some of it too.

You cant. The creator most likely doesn't want you to have access to their code. Contact the creator of the AMX and ask for PWN.
