0.3c Master List has probably discontinued, we're at 0.3.7, there really is no valid reason to stay at 0.3c.

why they did'nt removed 0.3d or 0.3a or 0.3e etc..... i don't like 0.3.7 0.3c is the best that my choose

It is not working for 0.3.7 either. Probably same issue with other versions too.

99% of the servers do not run on 0.3c - There is nothing you can do about it. And also, Master List has been discontinued. Download the latest client from www.sa-mp.com and head over to the Downloads section.
