Sometimes when I play at Crazybob's CnR my fps drops and it causes lag. I usually turn fraps on (I am not recording, I use it to see my fps) It is always around 50-60 fps then suddenly it will become 10-20 fps (And it goes back to normal after few seconds.)... It doesn't happen in other servers. Is there any way I can fix this?
I will appreciate every input. +Rep for everyone that will add good answer.

If i'm not mistaken,fraps need some memory or cpu usage for start it.
Or objects,etc. are loaded at the same time,the fraps opened.

No, it's from the server. It's probably a not-so-optimized gamemode which overloads low-end rigs.
Fraps has nothing to do with it. Even during recording it behaves well because the process doesn't include video compression.

Try to play around with /fpslimit and/or reduce your game visual fx down to low or very low. Could have something to do with the server's objects. You might want to shut down unnecessary background services and programs on your system which you do not use while playing.

I keep my /fpslimit at 40, try doing the same. Fraps doesn't really affect your FPS if you are not recording.
