Hi everyone,
I have an issue which I've been trying to fix. I have a 1 MBps internet package, and this should be fast enough for me to surf the internet. However, I've been experiencing really slow net lately.. Download speed is normal, 100KBps+, but how come surfing the web is so slow.. (although I paused the downloads and Windows Update isn't enabled)
When I checked the Task Manager what uses my network speed, I saw this..
And then I was wondering, what uses my network speed? I don't know what uses it *specifically*..
Additional info: I'm using Windows 10 and when I took the screenshot, windows update or any downloads wasn't running.
NOTE: I am sure it's not the ISP's problem. Something is using my network speed..
