I've got a House filterscript for my server that contains only .pwn , how can I install it?

you need to put it in scriptfiles folder, then open pawno.exe go file and open, then locate that filterscript then press f5 when compiling is done go to server.cfg and in line fliterscripts add name of that file like:
filterscripts NAMEOFFS

How to compile?
Edit: I got it , It says error :

Download Include a_mysql.
When it stiahnes and running where the masses folder Pawn / Include and insert it there.
