First of all make sure all your plugins are up to date.
Second make sure you wrote them in the plugins line in server.cfg, if the line is not present write it.
Third make sure you are using the write plugin for. Dll for windows OS and. So for linux OS.
For example: plugins whirlpool mysql streamer map andreas . Dll (thats for a windows os. Should be writen in the server. Cfg )
Fourth for the streamer plugin make sure you add this in your script at the top

You need to put the plugins in the "plugins" folder on your server files.

On first, you have to update all visual software. from 2010-2015 . Then you have to check the server version and plugin version are same or not. If found negative, Update all the plugins, then recompile the whole script ( FS too if they contained plugin's includes ) Then open the server again. Make sure there no error pop up.

Re-upload your plugins, in Binary.
