after i put streamer ...at my samp-server app say File or Function not found..mybe my wrog..tis wat i do
- put streamer.so and streamer.dll to plugins
- put streamer inc file to pawno plugin
- put #include <streamer> to my script
only dat i do.. plz help me

Make sure streamer.inc is in pawno/includes.

Make sure that you added streamer or streamer.so(for linux) in your server.cfg on the plugin line.

For example, this is how my server.cfg plugin line looks like (I'm using Linux):

If you're using windows add streamer to your server.cfg on the plugin line.

If you don't have the plugin line, add the following line in your server.cfg:
