Something wrong with my ban textdraw I just created those.
Works great when I test those on bare script and even td editor.
But it won't show in my game mode, tried showing it with a command too but well it's not working. Added a print next to where i added the textdraw creating code and that print was shown so this means it was read by the script and even added print after the showing it and there were no errors or warnings.

Ah well fixed, btw is there any limit for showing global textdraw to players like near 10-15? at one time?
