well im not a professional but i think doing something like that will need a non-pawn coding , or a very advanced pawn level (not sure if pawno can do it) but i think professionals can do something like that with C++ but i dont think it'll be easy at all

In s0.b.eit when you get freezed by admin it will change angle of your view, so you just need to make a script which will detect if player angle did move and if it did, it will kick him i think.

It simply checks player's angle where the player is facing, in s0rbeit( ehaahh ) your player angle goes up when you get freezed. Some experienced s0b.ei.t cheaters can avoid this.

This guy is correct, but updated versions of this cheater (S0...) no longer have that bug. In that video I see the method that server is using is not by getting the player's facing angle, it's another method that probably do checks if some actions are being NOP'ed.

Anyway, do not rely on this form of protection against cheaters. It will not stop them, I can guarantee you.

The only reason I don't explain further is because cheaters would then know ways to bypass these sort of checks (by just reading this post they might learn now anyway, so can you learn how to defend). Please don't PM me about this, nor ask me to explain further. Thank you.
