Hello. For some reason I have 16 rep but I can't post a server advertisement? Seems really weird.

Yup, 16 reputation and 151 posts and definitely registered longer than 30 days. I was previously banned though, would that have anything to do with it?

I doubt it. We're still in august, so wait until tomorrow when it's september. Who knows, it may be time/date glitch. If it does persist I suggest contacting a staff member.

Also you can try deleting all your browsing data, cookies etc. They might interfere.

Sometimes the reputation takes a while to update on the system. Try getting a few more.
