How many servers do you think i could run of it? and the maximum players on this I am aware the OS is shit and im changing it to linux

You can barely run 1 , when it reaches 30 (if not less) players it will lag

If his gamemode is not optimized and uses a lot of plugins he can barely run a server with 30 players , not even mentioning the network speed

I ran a RP server with 60+ players on a shitty 512 MB VPS once and nobody experienced any lag, even with MySQL enabled. The server should be durable enough to hold a reasonable amount of players.

And on what do you base this. Granted, it's nearly impossible to accurately guess how many servers it can run because it relies on the optimization of the scripts and player base, but to say that it can't even hold a server with 30 players is nonsense.
