is there any timer that move's to a line not function ?

i mean like toggleplayercontrollable(playerid,1) and set a timer after 5 sec's read next line witch is toggleplayer...

and

Whats Strlen stcmp and these kind ... usage or maybe a tut

and

whats goto in pawno ?

Pawno compiler compile the script to amx which can be read by computer to works on samp.
You can make a timer to run the code which you want to run after 5 seconds.
So you can toggle the player controablle to 1 and set a timer of 5 seconds to Set it back to 0
