SAMP freeze when i press the chat button on windows 7

No crash report no nothing

I tried reinstalling SAMP and GTA SA
Reinstall OS
Latest GPU drivers
no cleo mods installed

cannot reassign chat button

i have used same version of GTA SA version 1.00

Try the 1.0 us version, which can be downloaded from here. It might work.
