Some dll from your Direct x is corrupted. search the file on the internet to replace it.

I dont know where to past .dll files
I have put d3dx9_43.dll to C:/Windows/System32/
also i have try to install the game again but still not work

Download and install DirectX 9.0c (or the latest DirectX for that matter)

Where i must put the DirectX location ?
I mean where to extract this file ?

Just leave the location as it is.
