Look at existing scripts, build simple stuff yourself. This takes time and a lot of hard work.

BTW, I Created a Server And how can i get it online and to play many players in my server?

There is absolutely no way for you to do this without any prior knowledge, unless you are just going to download a gamemode that hundreds of servers use, give bad support, make everyone admin and never update the server.

I suggest giving it some time before even thinking of starting a server. Learn the fundamental aspects required to do so, and then start on your so called project.

You should also think about the financial part; without hosted tab, you will barely get a player on the server.
